For most ready-made items, yes. Each product page shows its own minimum order — some are a single piece, others are sold in packs. Custom production is different: we quote it from your quantities, and bulk pricing generally starts around 50 pieces.

Send us the quantities, sizes, artwork and your deadline. A WhatsApp message is enough to start. You get a costed quote within one working day, with a digital proof of the print or embroidery.

Yes. We sew a sample and nothing goes into bulk production until you have approved it in your hands. That is the step that catches a wrong shade or a logo at the wrong size, while it still costs one garment rather than five hundred.

Yes, and campaign kits and rainwear too. Uniforms are a full programme rather than an order: measurement, pattern grading, production, and resupply the following term. School sets are best booked about four weeks ahead of when you need them.

Every product page carries its own lead time, because a printed tee and a school uniform programme are not the same job. Ready-made items generally ship within a few days. Custom production is quoted with a date on it, agreed before anything is cut.

Klot Planet Plus does sublimation, DTF, screen printing, DTG and digital embroidery, all under one roof at the factory. Five methods rather than one means each order gets the technique that actually suits the fabric, instead of the only one available.

We manufacture. Fabric is cut, sewn, printed or embroidered, pressed and packed at our own factory at 14 Howell Crescent, Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. That is why a custom colourway or a changed collar is possible at all — there is no supplier in the middle to say no.

Yes — anywhere in Nigeria, from the factory in Aba. Orders placed through this site are delivered within Nigeria; for anything going further, talk to us first and we will work out the shipping with you.

Enter your order number on the tracking page. It shows which stage the garments have reached on the factory floor and the date they are due, without needing an account.

Stock items can be returned within 7 days. Production orders are checked against the sample you approved rather than returned, which is the reason for the sample step — by the time it is made, it is already the thing you signed off.

Only a customer whose order has been marked delivered, and only on the product that was on that order. Every review is read before it goes up, and the star rating on a product is counted from the published ones rather than typed in by us.

You are welcome at 14 Howell Crescent, Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and closed on Sundays. Ringing 0814 972 2619 before you set out means somebody is free to walk you round rather than in the middle of a run.
