How will I know where my order has reached?

Put your order number into the tracking page. It shows the stage the garments have reached on the floor — paid, in production, shipped, delivered — and the date they are due, without needing an account.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Call 0814 972 2619 as soon as you can. Before it leaves the factory it is easy; once a courier has it, it is their rules rather than ours.

What if nobody is there when it arrives?

The courier will contact the number on the order. Give us a number somebody will actually answer, and a landmark if the address is hard to find — it saves a failed delivery more often than anything else on the form.

Is delivery really free?

Yes — on every order, whatever it comes to, anywhere in Nigeria. There is no minimum to reach and nothing added at the last step.

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

Not through the website — every order placed here is delivered within Nigeria. For anything going further, message us first and we will work out the shipping with you before you pay for anything.

Two straight answers. Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Nigeria. Production time depends on the garment, and every one of them says so below.

No minimum to reach and nothing added at the last step. One tee or three hundred sets, Aba or Maiduguri — the delivery line on your order reads zero.

How long each one takes to make

This is production time — how long the garment takes on the floor. The courier adds its own time on top, and that part we do not control, which is why we do not print a table of days per state and hope. Once an order is moving, the tracking page says which stage it has actually reached.

A custom production run is quoted with its own date on it, agreed before anything is cut. For campaign work the clock starts when the artwork is signed off, not when the order is placed.

Every order on this site ships from the factory at 14 Howell Crescent, Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. For anything going outside Nigeria, talk to us first and we will work the shipping out with you.

Bundled the way you will hand it out

Bulk orders are counted, bagged and labelled to your list — per ward, per branch, per person. Tell us at the quote stage.

How you can pay
